Our Story
Established in 2016 by the dynamic Goodwin family—Davon, Kenya, Amir, and Olivia—OTL Farms was born out of a shared commitment to responsible land stewardship and a deep-rooted love for community. The journey of OTL Farms began when Davon, inspired to embark on a new path after being injured by an IED in Afghanistan, discovered the transformative power of agriculture.
Our Founders
Davon and Kenya's story is a testament to the intersection of passion and purpose. They first crossed paths during their freshman year at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and their shared vision for sustainable living and community well-being laid the foundation for OTL Farms. Kenya, in addition to her role at OTL Farms, brings her expertise as a nurse, enriching our commitment to the well-being of our community. The family is completed by their two wonderful children, Amir and Olivia, who are integral parts of the farm's story.
